Charles, a University of Texas graduate in Finance and Law, spent two years as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney with the IRS before venturing into Real Estate Development.
Claiborne embarked on a series of successful real estate projects, acquiring and revitalizing properties across Texas. Notably, he transformed the stagnant Three Lakes and Three Lakes East Subdivisions, breathing new life into them by acquiring 206 developed lots and 220 adjoining acres. His interventions led to the sale of numerous lots to prominent builders, such as Ideal Builders/Kaufman and Broad, and the development of additional lots for various projects, including a subdivision for Klein Independent School District.
